Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS] ("we") and the organization that signs up for Leadoriq ("you"). The person who signs up confirms they may accept these terms for the organization.

The service

Leadoriq lets your team capture event leads by scanning badges and QR codes, photographing business cards and typing contacts, then review, export and sync them to your CRM. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect the contact details your team captures.

Accounts

Keep sign-in details confidential and give access only to your own staff. Organization admins control users, roles and settings, and are responsible for their organization's account.

Prices and payment

Capturing leads, scanning standard QR badges, users, events and CRM sync carry no usage charge. AI card reading is pay as you go. Each organization receives a free monthly allowance, then uses prepaid credit at the per-card price shown in Admin, AI and billing. Prices are in US dollars and may change for future purchases with notice in the app.

Credit is bought in advance as a top-up and does not expire. It is used only for Leadoriq AI features and has no cash value except as described in the Refund Policy.

Web purchases. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders placed through Paddle checkout. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns for those orders. Purchases made with PayPal or Stripe are sold by us directly.

App purchases. Top-ups bought in the Android or iOS app are sold through Google Play, the App Store or AppGallery under that store's terms.

Acceptable use

Do not use Leadoriq to send spam, to collect data unlawfully, to break or probe the service, or to resell it without our written agreement.

Your data

You own the leads and content you put into Leadoriq. You let us process it only to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export it at any time and delete it by closing your organization.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Leadoriq available and secure but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change features. We will give reasonable notice of changes that reduce what you have paid for.

Ending

You may close your organization at any time in Admin, Organization. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or do not pay. On closure, data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
