Leadoriq is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS] ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when organizations and their staff use the Leadoriq web app at app.leadoriq.com and the Leadoriq apps for Android and iOS, and what we do with it.
Who controls which data
Organizations use Leadoriq to capture contact details of people they meet at events ("leads"). For lead data, the organization is the controller and we process it on its behalf. For the accounts of the organization's users, and for billing, we are the controller.
What we collect
- Account data: name, work email, role, organization, password hash, multi-factor settings, sign-in method (password, Google, Apple or your organization's single sign-on).
- Lead data entered by your organization: contact details read from badges, QR codes and business cards, notes, products of interest and event names.
- Photos of business cards taken in the app, stored privately so the card can be read and reviewed.
- Device data: push notification token, app version and an approximate device label, used to sync captures and send notifications.
- Billing data: top-ups, balances and usage. Card and PayPal details are entered on the payment provider's page and never reach our servers.
- Logs: IP address, timestamps and an audit trail of actions, kept for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
- To provide the service: capture, de-duplicate, sync and export leads, and send them to your CRM when your organization connects one.
- To read business cards with AI when your organization switches AI extraction on.
- To send account emails such as verification, invitations, password resets and low-balance alerts.
- To bill top-ups and prevent fraud, and to keep the service secure.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use lead data for advertising.

How long we keep it
Lead data and card photos are kept until your organization deletes them or closes its account. After an organization is closed its data is deleted, except billing records and audit entries we must keep for legal and tax reasons, which are kept for up to 7 years.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Inside an organization, ask your organization admin first, since they manage lead data. You can also write to privacy@leadoriq.com. If you are in the EU or UK you may complain to your data protection authority. To delete an account, see Delete your account.
Security
All traffic is encrypted in transit. Stored secrets such as API keys are encrypted at rest. Access is limited by role, and staff access to customer data is logged.
Children
Leadoriq is a business tool and is not meant for children under 16.
Changes
We will post changes here and tell organization admins by email when they are significant.
