Delete your Leadoriq account

Applies to the Leadoriq web app and the Leadoriq apps for Android and iOS.

If you are an organization admin

1. Sign in at app.leadoriq.com or in the app.
2. Open Admin, then Organization.
3. Choose Close organization and type the organization name to confirm.

This deletes the organization, all of its users, leads, card photos, events and settings.

If you are a team member

Your organization admin can remove your user in Admin, People & teams. If you cannot reach your admin, email privacy@leadoriq.com from the address you sign in with, and we will delete your user within 30 days.

What is kept

Billing records and security audit entries are kept for up to 7 years when the law requires it. Everything else is deleted within 30 days. Unused credit is lost when an organization is closed, so request any refund first under the Refund Policy.
